Through age-appropriate dance and beginner tumbling in a safe, structured, and totally joyful environment, your child will develop fundamental movement skills that set them up beautifully for wherever their journey takes them next — whether that's recreational classes, competitive teams, or simply a lifelong love of moving their body. Staff
Kim- Director and Head Teacher
With over 25 years in dance and cheer and more than a decade of coaching experience, Kim founded Victory Cheer and Dance with one mission: to give every child the chance to discover what they're truly capable of.
Kim brings a remarkable depth of knowledge to every class, holding an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts, a Diploma in Education Studies, Cert IV in both Business and Fitness, and formal training in childcare and education. Her dance credentials span Advanced RAD Ballet, Grade 10 Glenn Wood Tap, and Level 1–4 IASF Cheer Accreditation — meaning your child is learning from someone who has trained at the highest levels across multiple disciplines.
Beyond the studio, Kim's career has taken her to some incredible stages — as an NRL cheerleader for the Canberra Raiders, as a professional performer at prestigious charity galas and foundation events, and working alongside some of Australia's most respected names in the industry. She has coached athletes to multiple national championships and state and national grand championships, so she knows exactly what it takes to bring out the best in every performer — from first-timers to elite competitors.
But what makes Kim truly special isn't the trophy cabinet or the performance credits — it's the way she shows up for every single student and family at Victory. She is first aid and CPR certified, holds a current Working With Children Check, and creates an environment where every child feels safe, seen, and celebrated.

Sydney- Junior Coach
Sydney is one of Victory's very own — she's been with us since the very beginning, and watching her grow from student to coach has been one of our proudest moments as a studio. Now part of our Cheer Apprentice training program, Sydney brings five years of tumble and cheer experience to our Monday night tumble and cheer classes and our tiny treasures sessions on Saturdays.
As a current member of our elite competitive team Legacy, Sydney knows firsthand what it feels like to work hard for a skill and the incredible confidence that comes when you finally nail it — and that understanding shapes everything about the way she coaches. She genuinely lights up watching the kids in her classes grow, celebrating every small win as much as the big ones and making sure every child feels supported every step of the way. Your kids won't just learn from Sydney — they'll be cheered on by her.
Eloise- Junior Coach
Eloise is a Victory original — a student who has grown into exactly the kind of coach we dreamed of building this studio around. With six years of cheer and dance experience, three years of assistant coaching under her belt, and a national championship and grand championship title to her name, Eloise brings both the credentials and the heart that make a truly exceptional coach.
Now part of our Cheer Apprentice program and a proud member of our elite competitive team Legacy, Eloise pours every bit of that passion into the kids she coaches. She is genuinely everyone's biggest cheerleader — the one on the sidelines giving it everything, the first voice you'll hear celebrating a breakthrough, and the person who makes every child feel like their win — no matter how small — is the most exciting thing that's happened all week. Three years of assistant coaching has given her a beautiful instinct for knowing exactly what each child needs to feel confident, capable, and proud of themselves.
